  4. This following licensing information is intended for 
  5. Shareware Distributors, Disk Vendors, BBS Sysops and 
  6. any other individual or company who wish to distribute 
  7. NoteWorthy Composer.

  9. NoteWorthy Composer's Shareware Distribution License

  12. You are hereby granted a limited license to distribute the 
  13. unregistered Shareware version of NoteWorthy Composer, provided 
  14. that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

  16. Condition 1: Any distribution which includes a charge to the 
  17. recipient of the distribution MUST include a notice or 
  18. description of the software that indicates to the buyer that 
  19. the enclosed software is Shareware. The notice should indicate
  20. that continued use of the software after an evaluation period
  21. will require the purchase of a license.

  23. Condition 2: The NoteWorthy Composer application must be 
  24. distributed in its entirety, including its setup executable, 
  25. help file, order and license text, and all other included 
  26. files (except as noted here). The application files must be 
  27. distributed in their original, unaltered form. If the 
  28. distribution provides its own facility for installing the 
  29. latest version CTL3DV2.DLL onto the recipient's machine, 
  30. then this files may be removed from the NoteWorthy Composer 
  31. setup package. The SETUP routine for NoteWorthy Composer 
  32. automatically detects the absence of this DLL, and will still
  33. setup correctly.

  35. Condition 3: The distributor and associated distribution 
  36. may not contain any information that could be used by the 
  37. recipient of the distribution to circumvent the registration
  38. mechanism built into NoteWorthy Composer. The distributor 
  39. and associated distribution may not explicitly or implicitly
  40. provide codes which could activate the application. The 
  41. distributor acknowledges that NoteWorthy ArtWare, Inc. retains 
  42. exclusive rights to the administration of NoteWorthy Composer 
  43. registration procedures and data.

  45. Any distribution not complying to the above conditions must 
  46. acquire the prior, written consent of NoteWorthy ArtWare, Inc.

  48. ANY DISTRIBUTION NOT COMPLYING TO THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WITHOUT
  49. THE PRIOR, WRITTEN CONSENT OF NOTEWORTHY ARTWARE, INC. IS IN 
  50. VIOLATION OF UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS.
